Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Payments & Refunds for LineDiff.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LineDiff application ("Service"), provided by Lanista Yazılım ve Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Lanista", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service description
LineDiff is an AI-assisted, cloud-based text comparison and document diff analysis tool. The Service is intended for professional users such as legal departments, large law firms, banks, insurers, SCM departments and publishers.
2. Account and access
To use the Service you may sign in with e-mail and password, Google OAuth or as an anonymous guest. You are responsible for all activity under your account and you must keep your credentials confidential.
3. Professional use and responsibility
LineDiff does not provide legal, financial or any professional advice. All outputs, including AI-powered insights, are informational only. You remain solely responsible for any decisions, advice or documents based on the use of the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- attempting to breach security or access other users' data,
- using the Service to process illegal content, malware or spam,
- reverse engineering or circumventing technical protections.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of suspected abuse.
5. Plans, pricing and changes
The Service may offer free and paid plans. Plan limits (e.g. history, exports, AI credits) and prices may change over time. Any material changes to paid plans will be announced in advance on the website or via e-mail.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Paddle (payments), Google Firebase (authentication, database and hosting), OpenAI (LLM analysis) and Google Analytics/GTag (analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanista will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
